St. George Island - offshore fishing trip
Sunrise on the water
Capt. Duwayne
Snapper!
The box is full
We had great weather fishing this morning and were all tired from fighting the fish by lunchtime. We caught grouper, grey snapper, red snapper, ruby red lips, sharks, spade fish and a few unidentified monsters that broke the line. We threw back the stuff we weren't going to eat or that wasn't up to the size limits. Jake even caught a 7 ft. nurse shark (see side bar for video soon). It was a really fun day and this evening we grilled half of our catch with the family (almost 20 people here!) for dinner along with some mango salsa and coconut rice.
