Stuffed French Toast
I love to cook so this weekend I tried something new for brunch. This is french toast stuffed with cream cheese and sweetened strawberries. I think the secret is to use a real french bread loaf and dip the slices in a batter made of eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract. I already had peaches so I sliced those up and sprinkled with powdered sugar. I'm stuffed!
